Boasting original features and timeless charm, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom gem offers a harmonious blend of historical integrity and modern living comfort.

From the moment you enter, the warmth of the hardwood floors, intricate wood casement windows, and authentic details transport you to the grandeur of the 1930s. The original kitchen, complete with its 1934 charm, invites you to savor the nostalgia of a bygone era, while the vintage tilework in the bathrooms adds a touch of timeless elegance.

The first floor features an enormous living room where the functional brick fireplace, bay windows, built-in bookshelves create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The formal dining room awaits your dinner parties and family gatherings, offering an elegant space to create memories.

Discover a spacious bedroom and full bathroom on the main level, with two light-filled bedrooms on the second floor offering serene retreats. A smaller reading nook, bathed in natural light, presents the perfect spot for a work-from-home setup or a quiet escape.

Step outside to a big, fully fenced, private backyard, offering a peaceful haven for outdoor activities. The huge garage not only accommodates your vehicle and storage needs but also holds potential for an ADU conversion, adding value and versatility to this already impressive property.

San Leandro is a small city just south of Oakland. Its east side stretches up into the hills of the East Bay Regional Park District. The west side is flatter and has the advantage of the San Francisco Bay shoreline, public golf course, and marina.

Homes for sale in San Leandro can be traced through the decades -- from the 1910s to the present day. A wide variety of architectural styles is found in north San Leandro. Dramatic, hillside contemporary homes, many of which feature expansive bay and canyon views, are the hallmark of the Bayo Vista neighborhood. Charming, older homes sit along the winding streets of the Estudillo Estates and Broadmoor Districts. Most of the city's ranch-style homes lie towards the Marina, along with some newer, custom-home developments.

San Leandro is proud of its small-town feel and boasts a Wednesday farmers' markets, several annual festivals, and an increasing number of locally owned restaurants and coffee houses. San Leandro’s commute options are excellent: it has its own Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, transbay buses, and easy access to Interstate 880 and Interstate 580 for trips to the Silicon Valley or San Francisco.
